    Se ci addormentiamo
    siamo i suoi angeli dormienti
    e se ci svegliamo
    noi siamo nelle sue mani.
    Se piangiamo
    siamo la sua nuvola piena di pioggia
    e se ridiamo
    siamo il suo fulmine improvviso.
    Se siamo nel furore della battaglia
    è il riflesso della sua collera
    e se siamo nella pace e nel perdono
    è il riflesso del suo amore.
    Chi siamo noi in questo mondo complicato?
